Receptor Proteins  (受体蛋白)

受体是位于细胞表面或细胞质的蛋白,通过特异性地识别和结合受体起作用。配体是细胞向自身或者是其他细胞释放的信号分子。细胞信号类型包括:自分泌、间隙连接信号、旁分泌和内分泌。这些信号都需要配体与受体作用。细胞受体种类繁多,大体分为内部受体、细胞表面受体、离子通道受体、G-蛋白偶联受体 (GPCRs)和酶联受体。

Receptors are proteins molecules located on the cell surface or within the cytoplasm that function by specifically recognizing and binding to a ligand molecule. The ligands are the signaling molecules released by one cell to signal either itself or a different cell. The major types of cellular signaling include autocrine, signal across a gap junction, paracrine, and endocrine. These types of signaling require ligand and receptor. Cellular receptors are diverse and broadly categorized into internal receptors, cell-surface receptors, ion channel receptors, G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), and enzyme-linked receptors.
