Isomerases (EC 5)  (异构酶)

酶可以根据反应和底物特异性的不同以及作用机制进行系统的分类。异构酶 (EC 5.x.x.x) 是一组催化异构化反应的酶,包括表异构酶、消旋酶和分子内转移酶。 这一过程涉及到单个底物分子内键连接或空间排列的变化,生成具有相同化学分子式的产物,称为异构体。 异构酶存在于大多数生物的代谢和基因组中,催化高达 4% 的中心代谢生化反应,特别是碳水化合物代谢。 异构酶有6个亚类:1)外消旋体酶、表异构酶;2) 顺反异构酶; 3) 分子内氧化还原酶; 4) 分子内转移酶; 5) 分子内裂解酶; 6) 其他异构酶。 大多数异构酶反应是单分子的 (一个底物和一个产物)。

Enzymes can be classified systematically according to the difference between reaction and substrate specificity, and the mechanism of action. Isomerases (EC 5.x.x.x) are a group of enzymes that catalyze isomerization reactions include the epimerases, racemases, and intramolecular transferases. This process involves the change in bond connectivity or spatial arrangements within a single substrate molecule, generating a product with the same chemical formula (described as an isomer). Isomerases are present in the metabolism and genome of most living organisms, catalysing up to 4% of the biochemical reactions present in central metabolism, in particular, carbohydrate metabolism. There are six isomerase EC subclasses: 1) Racemases, epimerases; 2) Cis-trans isomerases; 3) intramolecular oxidoreductases; 4) intramolecular transferases; 5) intramolecular lyases; 6) Other isomerases. Most of the isomerase reactions are unimolecular (one substrate and one product).
