Fc epsilon 受体 (FcεR) 是结合免疫球蛋白 E (IgE) 的 Fc 受体。 FcεR 有两种类型,称为 FcεRI (即高亲和力 Fc epsilon R,Kd ~1nm) 和 FcεRII/CD23(即低亲和力 Fc epsilon R,Kd 0.1-1μm)。 FceRI 和 FcεRII/CD23 的分子结构差异很大。 FceRI 属于免疫球蛋白超家族,在序列和结构上与 IgG Fc 受体高度同源,而 CD23 是 C 型凝集素超家族的成员。CD23 在 B 细胞、多种先天细胞类型和上皮细胞上表达。除了肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞外,FcεRI 也在多种细胞上表达。少数的其他受体也被证明能与 IgE 相互作用,包括 galectin-3、FcγRIIb、FcγRIV。

Fc epsilon receptor (FcεR) is the Fc receptor that binding immunoglobulin E (IgE). There are two types of FcεRs, called FcεRI (or high-affinity Fc epsilon R, Kd ~1nm) and FcεRII/CD23 (or low-affinity Fc epsilon R, Kd 0.1-1μm). FceRI and FcεRII/CD23 are very different in their molecular structure. FceRI belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and is highly homologous in sequence and structure to the IgG Fc receptors, while FcεRII/CD23 is a member of the C-type lectin superfamily. FcεRII/CD23 receptors are expressed on B cells, a variety of innate cell types and epithelial cells. FcεRI receptors are expressed on a variety of cells in addition to mast cells and basophils.A handful of other receptors, including galectin-3, FcγRIIb, FcγRIV, have been documented to interact with IgE.
