CSF & Receptors  (集落刺激因子)

集落刺激因子 (CSFs) 是粒细胞和巨噬细胞的主要调节因子,最初被定义为造血细胞生长因子。根据其作用靶细胞CSF分为四种:粒细胞和巨噬细胞CSF (GM-CSF)、粒细胞CSF (G-CSF)、巨噬细胞CSF (M-CSF) 和多能集落刺激因子(multi-CSF, 通常称为IL-3)。CSFs 能刺激不同发育阶段的造血前体细胞的生长和分化,包括粒细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和红细胞。

Colony-stimulating factors (CSFs), originally defined as haematopoietic cell growth factors, are the master regulators of granulocyte and macrophage populations. There are four distinct types of CSF: granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF), macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) and multipotential colony-stimulating factor (multi-CSF, most commonly termed IL-3). CSFs stimulate the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes.
