Cytokines细胞因子

Cytokines are small molecular proteins produced by immune cells and some non-immune cells through the induction of immunogen, mitogen or other stimulants. They have many functions, such as regulating innate and adaptive immunity, blood cell generation, cell growth, APSC pluripotent cells and repair of damaged tissues. Cytokines can be divided into interleukin, interferon, tumor necrosis factor superfamilytumor necrosis factor superfamily, colony-stimulating factors, chemokines, growth factors and so on.

细胞因子是由免疫细胞和部分非免疫细胞经免疫原、丝裂原或其他刺激剂诱导产生的小分子蛋白质，具有调节固有免疫和适应性免疫、血细胞生成、细胞生长、APSC 多能细胞以及损伤组织修复等多种功能。细胞因子可被分为白细胞介素、干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子超家族、集落刺激因子、趋化因子、生长因子等。
