Fibronectin (FN) is a high molecular glycoprotein existsin the blood, connective tissue and at cell surface.Fibronectin (FN)has affinity to the main components of extracellular matrix, collagen and glycosaminoglycans. Fibronectin (FN)interacts with cell surfaces and participate in the formation of extracellular matrix in tissues, also function as a nonspecific opsonin design to facilitate the uptake of tissue debris by phagocytic cells.

纤维连接蛋白 (FN) 是一种存在于血液、结缔组织和细胞表面的高分子糖蛋白。纤维连接蛋白对细胞外基质、胶原蛋白和糖胺聚糖等主要成分具有亲和力。纤维连接蛋白与细胞表面相互作用，参与组织中细胞外基质的形成，也作为一种非特异性调理蛋白设计，促进吞噬细胞对组织碎片的吸收。
