GK regulatory protein (GKRP)GK 调节蛋白

GK regulatory protein (GKRP) is located mainly in hepatocytes with an excess ratio to Glucokinase (Glucokinase, GK). GKRP allosterically regulates the activity and subcellular localization of GK. GKRP inhibits and sequesters GK into the nucleus of hepatocytes and releases GK into the cytoplasm in response to glucose concentration.

GK 调节蛋白 (GKRP) 主要位于肝细胞中，Glucokinase (GK) 的比例过高。GKRP 变构调节 GK 的活性和亚细胞定位。GKRP 抑制 GK 并将其隔离到肝细胞核中，并响应葡萄糖浓度将 GK 释放到细胞质中。
