Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) are polypeptides structurally homologous to insulin.By binding to membrane tyrosine receptors,they regulate the proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,growth,and development of body cells and are involved in the pathogenesis of tumors and other diseases.

胰岛素样生长因子 (IGFs) 是与胰岛素结构同源的多肽，通过与膜酪氨酸受体结合，调节体细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、生长发育，参与肿瘤等疾病的发病。
