释义：

Multidrug-resistant (MDR) refers to a situation in which the disease becomes resistant to drug treatment, and once resistance develops, the effect of the drug is significantly reduced or no longer works at all. When an organism develops resistance to multiple drugs, it is called multidrug-resistant (MDR). Resistance results from kinase mutations that interfere with inhibitor binding without compromising kinase function.

耐多药 (MDR) 是指一种疾病对药物治疗产生耐药性的情况。一旦出现耐药性，药物的作用就会显着降低或根本不再起作用。当生物体对多种药物产生抗药性时，称为耐多药 MDR。耐药是由于激酶突变干扰抑制剂结合而不影响激酶功能。
