Stimulator of interferon genes (STING), also known as transmembrane protein 173 (TMEM173) and MPYS/MITA/ERIS, is a protein playing an important role in innate immunityand induces interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs). In other words, stimulator of interferon genes(STING)is a key signal transduction molecule of innate immune response in vivo. It’s activated by exogenous DNA, interferon gene stimulator plays an important role in regulating the production of spontaneous anti-tumor immune response in vivo.

干扰素基因刺激因子 (STING) 又称跨膜蛋白 173 (TMEM173) 和 MPYS/MITA/ERIS，是一种在先天免疫中发挥重要作用的蛋白质，可诱导干扰素刺激基因 (ISGs)。或者说，干扰素基因刺激因子是体内固有免疫反应的关键信号转导分子，被外源性 DNA 激活，在调节体内自发性抗肿瘤免疫反应产生过程发挥重要功能。
