Anthrax Protective Antigen Antibody (YA5320) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to Anthrax Protective Antigen. It can be applicated for ELISA assays, in the background of bacillus anthracis.
研究背景

Anthrax Protective Antigen (PA) 是炭疽毒素的三种组成蛋白之一，负责介导与宿主细胞的结合，并将水肿因子 (Edema Factor，EF) 和致死因子 (Lethal Factor，LF) 转运至宿主细胞质中。PA 与 LF 结合形成致死毒素 (LeTx)，注射后可导致死亡；与 EF 结合则形成水肿毒素 (EdTx)，引发水肿反应。PA 还能诱导机体对炭疽感染的免疫保护。其作用机制包括：1) 通过结合宿主细胞受体 ANTXR1 和 ANTXR2 附着于细胞表面；2) 被宿主蛋白酶 FURIN 切割为 PA-63 成熟形式，随后寡聚化形成孔道结构，协助 EF 和 LF 进入细胞质；3) 在低 pH 的内吞体环境中，PA-63 寡聚体从预孔构象转变为孔道构象，介导 EF 和 LF 的跨膜转运。by similar 的研究显示，该过程依赖于网格蛋白介导的内吞作用，且毒素组分需通过孔道解折叠后才能进入细胞质。
