Anthrax Protective Antigen Antibody (YA5320) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to Anthrax Protective Antigen.
研究背景

Anthrax Protective Antigen (PA) 是炭疽毒素的三种组成蛋白之一，负责介导与宿主细胞的结合，并将水肿因子 (Edema Factor，EF) 和致死因子 (Lethal Factor，LF) 转运至宿主细胞质中。PA 与 LF 结合形成致死毒素 (LeTx)，注射后可导致死亡；与 EF 结合则形成水肿毒素 (EdTx)，引发水肿反应。PA 还能诱导机体对炭疽感染的免疫保护。其作用机制包括：1) 通过结合宿主细胞受体 ANTXR1 和 ANTXR2 附着于细胞表面；2) 被宿主蛋白酶 FURIN 切割为 PA-63 成熟形式，随后寡聚化形成孔道结构，协助 EF 和 LF 进入细胞质；3) 在低 pH 的内吞体环境中，PA-63 寡聚体从预孔构象转变为孔道构象，介导 EF 和 LF 的跨膜转运。by similar 的研究显示，该过程依赖于网格蛋白介导的内吞作用，且毒素组分需通过孔道解折叠后才能进入细胞质。
