KLF15 Antibody (YA4931) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to KLF15.
研究背景

KLF15 是一种转录调节因子，能够结合 CLCNKA 启动子的 GA 元件。它通过结合 KCNIP2 启动子调控心脏中 KCNIP2 的昼夜节律表达（By similarity）。作为 CCN2 表达的抑制因子，KLF15 参与调控心脏纤维化过程。此外，它还通过抑制 MEF2A 和 GATA4 来调控心脏肥大（By similarity）。KLF15 也参与足细胞分化（By similarity），并能够抑制 MYOCD 的活性。作为 TP53 乙酰化的负调控因子，KLF15 通过抑制 EP300 依赖的 RELA 乙酰化来抑制 NF-kappa-B 的激活。
