p27 KIP 1 Antibody (YA5397) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to p27 KIP 1.

P27 Kip1 是一种多功能蛋白，在氮代谢中扮演酶、转录共调节因子和分子伴侣的角色。它催化 ATP 依赖的谷氨酰胺合成反应，将谷氨酸 (glutamate) 和氨 (ammonia) 转化为谷氨酰胺 (glutamine)。反馈抑制状态的 GlnA 能与转录调节因子 TnrA 相互作用并调控其活性：在氮限制条件下，TnrA 保持 DNA 结合活性状态并激活氮同化相关基因的转录；而在氮过量条件下，反馈抑制的 GlnA 会与 TnrA 形成稳定复合物，抑制其 DNA 结合活性。此外，反馈抑制的 GlnA 还能作为分子伴侣稳定 GlnR 的 DNA 结合活性，从而抑制氮同化基因的转录。

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue using P27 Kip1 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
