RICTOR Antibody (YA5045) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to RICTOR.

RICTOR 是 mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 2 (mTORC2) 的关键组分，该复合物通过生长因子信号调控细胞增殖、细胞骨架组织、脂肪生成及合成代谢等通路。mTORC2 可磷酸化并激活 AGC 蛋白激酶家族成员（如 AKT、PKC 和 SGK1），且不同于 mTORC1，其对营养状态不敏感。RICTOR 在复合物中可能作为分子适配器，并赋予 mTORC2 对 FKBP12-rapamycin 的耐药性。mTORC2 通过介导 AKT1 不同位点的磷酸化（如 Thr-450、Ser-473 等）促进其完全激活，同时还能磷酸化 SGK1 (Ser-422) 和 PRKCA (Ser-657)（by similar）。此外，该复合物参与胰岛素信号（如磷酸化 FBXW8 和 IGF2BP1）（by similar）及通过 Rho GTPases 调控肌动蛋白细胞骨架。
