AMIGO2 Protein, crucial for the survival of cultured cerebellar granule neurons, mediates homophilic and heterophilic cell interactions with AMIGO1 or AMIGO3. Its intracellular domain may contribute to signal transduction, and AMIGO2 exhibits self-binding ability along with binding to AMIGO1 and AMIGO3 proteins. AMIGO2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived AMIGO2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
