Arginase-1/ARG1 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His)

Arginase-1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) expresses in HEK293 cells with a His tag at the C-terminus. Arginase-1 Protein inhibits the growth of the arginine-depleting enzyme arginine deiminase (ADI)-resistant Hep3B tumor cells in mice^[1].

重组人精氨酸酶-1 对于 HepG2 和 Hep3B 细胞的 IC₅₀ 分别为 0.18 U/mL 和 0.07 U/mL。重组人精氨酸酶-1 的精氨酸 K_m 值为 1.9 mM^[1]。

Measured by the production of urea during the hydrolysis of arginine. The specific activity is 4.6 ×10⁴ - 1.5 ×10⁸pmol/min/µg.
