CD276/B7-H3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is induced upon T cell activation. B7-H3 selectively increases the production of IFN-γ^[1].

B7-H3 与其 T 细胞反受体的相互作用诱导 CD4+ 和 CD8+ T 细胞增殖，并增强细胞毒性 T 细胞 (CTL) 的诱导。B7-H3 具有四个保守的半胱氨酸残基，被认为参与 V 样和 C 样 Ig 结构域的形成^[1]。
人 B7-H3 与激活的 T 细胞结合并共刺激它们的增殖，最有效的是 IFN-γ 的产生。小鼠 B7-H3 不会与来自 C57BL/6 淋巴结细胞的 CD4 或 CD8 细胞显着结合^[2]。

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
