BSP2 蛋白, Mouse (HEK293, His)

BSP2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is a recombinant mouse bone sialoprotein 2 produced in HEK293 cells. Bone Sialoprotein 2, one of the major bone matrix proteins, with its previously known role in osseous tissue degradation, has been recently proven to play a role in the nucleation of hydroxyl apatite during osseous tissue mineralization^[1].

骨唾液蛋白 (BSP) 是矿化组织的“小整合素结合配体 N 连接糖蛋白”(SIBLING) 细胞外基质蛋白家族的成员。与其他 SIBLING 蛋白（例如骨桥蛋白 (OPN)）相比，BSP 的研究较少，骨桥蛋白 (OPN) 与 BSP 共表达于多种骨骼细胞类型^[2]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
