BTN3A1/CD277 protein belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily and part of the BTN/MOG family and plays a key role in immune regulation. It is mainly expressed on antigen-presenting cells and interacts with immune cells, especially γδ T cells, affecting their activation, proliferation and cytokine production. BTN3A1/CD277 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived BTN3A1/CD277 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of BTN3A1/CD277 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is 218 a.a., with molecular weight of ~30 kDa.
