CD42b/GP1BA protein is an important platelet membrane protein that interacts with the A1 domain of von Willebrand factor and contributes to the formation of subendothelial platelet plugs. Its GP1BA subunit forms a disulfide-linked complex with two GP1BB subunits, collectively called GP-Ib. CD42b/GP1BA Protein, Human (515a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived CD42b/GP1BA protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of CD42b/GP1BA Protein, Human (515a.a, HEK293, His) is 515 a.a., with molecular weight of 100-130 kDa.
