DCAF15 serves as a substrate recognition component in the DCX (DCAF15) complex, coordinating the ubiquitination and degradation of target proteins and may affect NK cell function and APC-NK cell interactions. Notably, arylsulfonamide anticancer drugs alter the substrate specificity of the complex, promoting ubiquitination and degradation of RBM39, RBM23, and PRPF39. DCAF15 Protein, Human (Sf9, His, Strep) is the recombinant human-derived DCAF15 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-Strep, N-8*His labeled tag.
