Enterokinase 蛋白, Bovine (P.pastoris, His)

Enterokinase Protein, Bovine (P.pastoris, His) is a single glycosylated polypeptide chain with His tag. Enterokinase plays a role of turning trypsinogen to its active form trypsin.

牛肠激酶是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，具有胰蛋白酶原的生理激活剂的作用。氨基酸组成显示轻链有九个半胱氨酸残基，其中一个半胱氨酸位于轻亚基和重亚基之间的二硫键上。该序列与其他含有一条或两条链的丝氨酸蛋白酶具有同源性。同源性表明催化亚基具有相同的三维结构，因此具有与胰凝乳蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶和弹性蛋白酶相同的酶作用机制。保守的氨基末端激活肽序列 (IVGG) 的存在表明肠激酶必须具有酶原前体，并且双链酶是由翻译后加工过程中有限的蛋白水解产生的^[1]。

Reconstitute at 1 mg/mL in sterile deionied water, then dilute in sterile EK Storage Buffer (20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 200 mM NaCl, 2 mM CaCl₂).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
