The EphB2 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds to the transmembrane ephrin B ligand on adjacent cells to initiate bidirectional signaling. The forward signal originates from the receptor, while the reverse signal originates from the ephrin ligand. EphB2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived EphB2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of EphB2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 540 a.a., with molecular weight of ~65 kDa.
