The EphB3 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds to the transmembrane ephrin B ligand to initiate bidirectional signaling. The forward signal originates from the receptor, while the reverse signal originates from the ephrin ligand. EphB3 Protein, Mouse (537a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived EphB3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA . Immobilized mouse EphB3 at 2 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind mouse EFNB1 with a linear range of 0.1-12.5 ng/mL.
