Ephrin-B2/EFNB2 Protein is a transmembrane ligand for Eph receptors, mediating bidirectional signaling and binding to EPHA4, EPHA3, and EPHB4. It regulates cell adhesion, migration, heart morphogenesis, angiogenesis, and axon orientation. It also interacts with PDZRN3. Ephrin-B2/EFNB2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Ephrin-B2/EFNB2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
