The ROBO1 protein is a receptor for SLIT1 and SLIT2 and plays a key role in cellular responses during migration, including axonal navigation and projection. Interaction with FLRT3 promotes axonal attraction to NTN1-expressing cells. FITC-Labeled ROBO1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived FITC-Labeled ROBO1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with His labeled tag.
