描述

HGF Protein, a potent mitogen, stimulates mature hepatocyte cell growth and exhibits hepatotrophic properties. It acts as a growth factor for diverse tissues, functioning as an activating ligand for MET receptor tyrosine kinase. Upon binding, HGF promotes MET dimerization, activating the MAPK signaling cascade via TMPRSS13 cleavage. Structurally, HGF comprises alpha and beta chains linked by a disulfide bond. Interaction with SRPX2 enhances its mitogenic activity. GMP HGF Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived HGF protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-6*His labeled tag. The total length of GMP HGF Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is 697 a.a., with molecular weight of 32-38 & 50-65 kDa, respectively.
