HGF Protein, a potent mitogen, stimulates mature hepatocyte growth and exhibits hepatotrophic properties for various tissues. It acts as an activating ligand for the receptor tyrosine kinase MET, promoting dimerization upon binding. Structurally, HGF Protein comprises alpha and beta chains linked by a disulfide bond. Additionally, it interacts with SRPX2, enhancing HGF's mitogenic activity. HGF Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived HGF protein, expressed by HEK293 , with tag free. The total length of HGF Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293) is 728 a.a., with molecular weight of ~89 & 58 & 34 & 32 kDa, respectively.
