HGF 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His)

HGF Protein is a multifunctional glycoprotein. By binding to the transmembrane tyrosine kinase receptor Met, HGF Protein plays a key role in cell proliferation, migration, differentiation and tissue repair. Abnormalities of HGF Protein are closely associated with tumor growth, metastasis and organ fibrosis. HGF Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a recombinant HGF protein expressed by HEK293 and tagged with C-His^[1][2][3].

HGF 是一种主要由间充质细胞分泌的多功能细胞因子。HGF 通过与跨膜酪氨酸激酶受体 Met 结合，激活下游信号通路。HGF 在胚胎发育中不可或缺，敲除相关基因会导致胚胎致死。HGF 具备诱导细胞增殖、迁移、形态发生和血管生成等多种生物学功能。HGF 参与肝、肾、肺等多器官的再生与修复，可通过抗凋亡、抗纤维化、抗炎等作用改善器官损伤。同时，HGF/Met 信号通路异常激活与肿瘤侵袭、转移密切相关。HGF 具有双重功能，既能促进组织修复，又能通过拮抗机制抑制肿瘤进展^[1][2][3]。

HGF 蛋白 (Human; 0-10 ng/mL; 72 h) 在原代大鼠和人的肝细胞中促进了 DNA 的合成^[4]。

HGF 蛋白 (Human; 500 μg; 动脉内注射; 2 次或 3 mg; 静脉注射; 5 次) 在兔后肢缺血模型中可诱导血管生成，显著促进了侧支血管生成和提高了血管造影评分^[5]。

3. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human HGF at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human HGFR. The ED₅₀ for this effect is ≤19.58 ng/mL.

  Measured by its ability to induce IL-11 secretion by Saos-2 human osteosarcoma cells. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 1.6 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity is 6.25×10⁵ U/mg.

  Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human HGF at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human HGFR. The ED₅₀ for this effect is 19.58 ng/mL.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
