描述

The ICAM-3/CD50 protein acts as a ligand for the leukocyte adhesion protein LFA-1 and integrin α-D/β-2, suggesting involvement in cell adhesion. ICAM-3 cooperates with integrin α-L/β-2 to facilitate phagocytosis of apoptotic neutrophils, suggesting a role in immune response regulation and apoptotic cell clearance. ICAM-3/CD50 Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Fc) is the recombinant human-derived ICAM-3/CD50 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc, C-His labeled tag.
