IFN-alpha 14 蛋白, Rhesus Macaque (P.pastoris, His)

IFN-alpha 14 (IFNA14), belongs to type I interferon family, is produced by macrophages with antiviral activities^[1]. IFN-alpha 14 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (P.pastoris, His) contains 166 a.a. (C24-D189), produced in P.pastoris yeast cells with a C-terminal His-tag.

IFN-α 14（IFNA14；IFN-α14）属于 α/β 干扰素 (IFN) 家族，由巨噬细胞产生，具有抗病毒活性^[1]。干扰素（IFN）最初被认为是一种在体外“干扰”病毒复制的物质。IFN-α/β及相关分子被归类为I型干扰素，其他两类分别为II型干扰素（IFN-γ）和III型干扰素（IFN-λ）^[2]。
干扰素刺激两种酶的产生：蛋白激酶和寡腺苷酸合成酶。干扰素 α (IFNa) 在多种癌症中显示出显着的生物活性，特别是血液系统恶性肿瘤，例如毛细胞白血病和慢性粒细胞白血病^[3]。
IFN-α 14 参与 JAK/STAT 信号传导途径，被认为是减少 CTLA4 和 FOXP3 的有效调节剂。因此，调节性T细胞（Treg）作为调节外周自身反应性T淋巴细胞的关键细胞，IFNα-14调节Treg功能状态并破坏Treg^[4]的稳定性。
IFN-α14是一个新基因在未感染小鼠的组织中发现，也发现缺乏 N-糖基化，并且其表达是针对病毒感染而诱导的，与 IFN-α 13^[5]。
