IL-2R alpha/CD25 蛋白, Human (HEK293, Fc)

IL-2R alpha (CD25) is an essential component of high-affinity IL-2 receptors. IL-2R alpha enhances binding of IL-2 to its receptor complex so that regulates T cell growth and other lymphoid functions^[1][2]. IL-2R alpha/CD25 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant human IL-2R alpha protein with an hFc tag at the C-terminus and is expressed in HEK293 cells. It consists of 192 amino acids (E22-C213).

IL-2R α (CD25) 是一种 I 型膜蛋白。IL-2R α 在外周激活的 T 细胞和 B 细胞、三阴性胸腺细胞和骨髓前 B 细胞中表达。在高肿瘤调节性 T (Treg) 细胞中，IL-2R α 高表达，是 Treg 缺失的潜在靶点。在静息 T 细胞上检测不到 IL-2R α 的表达^[1][2][3]。

IL-2Rα是高亲和力IL-2受体的重要组成部分，本身不具有信号转导活性。IL-2R α 通过增强 IL-2 与其受体复合物的结合发挥作用，并充当正反馈调节剂。IL-2是T淋巴细胞的主要生长因子，在T细胞免疫反应中发挥重要作用。IL-2R α 转录受三个正调节区 (PRR) 调节：PRRI、PRRII 和 PRRIII。PRRIII 是一种 IL-2 反应元件^[1][2]。
IL-2R α 调节 T 细胞生长，增强淋巴细胞活化和增殖。IL-2R α 参与预防 1 型糖尿病和癌症^[1][2][4]。

1. 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) of immoblized recombinant human IL-2 can bind human CD25/IL-2Rα-Fc with a linear range of 1.2-11 ng/mL.
2. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using Mo7e cells. The ED₅₀ this effect is 0.1982 μg/mL in the presence of 30 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-2, corresponding to a specific activity is 5.05×10³ units/mg.
3.Immobilized Human IL-2RA-Fc at 5 μg/mL (100 μl/well) can bind Human IL-2-His.The ED₅₀ is 17.52 ng/mL.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
