IL-2R beta/CD122 蛋白, Canine (HEK293, Fc)

IL-2R beta (CD122), a type Ⅰ cytokine receptor expressed on T lymphocytes, is a receptor for IL-2 (K_d: 1 nM approximately)^[1]. IL-2R beta mediates T cell immune responses, such as stimulating T cell proliferation and activating lymphokine-activated killer cells^[2]. IL-2R beta/CD122 Protein, Canine (HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant canine IL-2R beta (M1-P244) with a C-Terminal hFc tag, which is produced in HEK293 cells.

Measured by its ability to inhibit the IL-15-dependent proliferation of Mo7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cells. The IC₅₀ for this effect is 0.7659 μg/mL in the presence of 4 ng/mL of recombinant human IL-15, corresponding to a specific activity is 1.31×10³ units/mg.

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
