IL-2R gamma/CD132 蛋白, Rat (HEK293, hFc)

IL-2R gamma (CD132), a type I cytokine receptor expressed on leucocyte subsets, is a receptor for IL-2. IL-2R gamma forms heterodimer with IL-2R beta, and increases the affinity of IL-2R beta for IL-2. IL-2R gamma takes part in inflammatory response and mediates activation of the cells ^[1][2]. IL-2R gamma plays an important role in the development, activation, proliferation, differentiation and regulation of lymphocytes and other cell types^[3]. IL-2R gamma/CD132 Protein, Rat (HEK293, hFc) is a recombinant rat extracellular region of IL-2R beta (M1-A262) with a C-Terminal hFc tag, which is produced in HEK293 cells.

IL-2R gamma (CD132) 是 IL-2 的一种受体，是 I 型细胞因子受体家族和 5 型亚家族的成员。IL-2R γ 在脾脏和胸腺中表达^[1]。
不同物种中IL-2R β 的氨基酸序列有所不同。大鼠 IL-2R gamma 与小鼠具有 80.70% 的 aa 序列同一性。大鼠 IL-2R gamma 与人类的氨基酸序列同一性<75%。
IL-2R γ 对 IL-2 的亲和力较低，但与 IL-2R β 形成异二聚体时，对 IL-2 具有中等亲和力。当 IL-2 浓度相对较高时，IL-2R β/γ 异二聚体复合物会转导信号^[2]。IL-2R gamma可被IL-2、IL-4、IL-7、IL-9和IL-15受体利用，参与淋巴细胞的发育、激活、增殖、分化和调节 ^[3]. IL-2R gamma 还会影响大鼠 NK 和 B 细胞的发育^[4]。
IL-2R gamma 参与炎症反应，并介导细胞活化^[1]。

IL-2R gamma binds to IL-2 in recombinant IL-2R gamma plasmid (pGEX-4T-1-IL-2Rγ)-transfected 293T cells^[5].
