描述

IL-33 Protein is a cytokine belonging to the IL-1 superfamily. IL-33 induces helper T cells, mast cells, eosinophils and basophils to produce type 2 cytokines. IL-33 acts intracellularly as a nuclear factor and extracellularly as a cytokine. IL-33 mediates its biological effects via IL-1 receptor ST 2, activates NF-kappaB and MAP kinases, and drives production of T(H)2-associated cytokines from in vitro polarized T(H)2 cells. IL-33 Protein, Cynomolgus is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived IL-33 protein, expressed by E. coli , with tag free. The total length of IL-33 Protein, Cynomolgus is 159 a.a., with molecular weight of ~18.1 kDa.

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. When Recombinant Cynomolgus IL-33 Protein is immobilized at 5 µg/mL (100 µL/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL1RL1 Protein. The ED50 for this effect is 55.8 ng/mL.
