IL-36 gamma/IL-1F9 蛋白, Human (152a.a, His)

IL-36 gamma (IL-1F9), a subform of IL-36 family, belongs to IL-1 superfamily. IL-36 gamma mediates inflammatory response. L-36 beta binds to IL-36R and recruits the co-receptor IL-1RacP, and thereby activating NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways, but the activation requires N-terminal cleavage by neutrophil granule-derived proteases^[1][2]. IL-36 gamma/IL-1F9 Protein, Human (152a.a, His) is a recombinant human IL-36 gamma (S18-D169) with His tag, which is produced in E. coli.

不同物种的 IL-36 γ 氨基酸序列不同。人 IL-36 gamma 与小鼠的氨基酸序列同一性<55%。
IL-36 γ具有β-三叶结构。L-36 γ 与 IL-36R 结合并招募共受体 IL-1RAcP。因此，异二聚体信号复合物使 2 条受体链的 Toll/IL-1R (TIR) 结构域非常接近，从而激活 NF-κB 和 MAPK 信号通路^[1]。但激活需要中性粒细胞颗粒衍生的蛋白酶（例如组织蛋白酶 G、弹性蛋白酶和蛋白酶-3^{[1][2）在 Val1518 的 N 端裂解]}。IL-36 γ 与慢性炎症和癌症有关。IL-36 γ 在皮肤银屑病病变、先天性巨结肠患者的结肠无神经节和神经节区域以及炎症性肠病 (IBD) 患者的发炎粘膜中表达上调^[1][4]。
IL-36 γ 是一种促炎因子。IL-36 gamma 通过激活 NF-κB 和 MAPK 信号通路介导炎症反应^[2]。

IL-36 gamma (human, 5 ng/mL for 4 h or 1 ng/mL for 24 h) promots the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and antibacterial peptides in NHOKs (oral keratinocytes)^[5].
IL-36 gamma (human, .1 ng/mL, 3 days) promotes colony formation, migration and invasion of AGS cells^[6].
