It cooperates with the type I interferon receptor IFNAR2 to phosphorylate and activate IFNAR2 upon interferon binding to IFNAR1-IFNAR2. JAK1 Protein, Human (P. pastoris, His) is the recombinant human-derived JAK1 protein, expressed by P. pastoris , with N-6*His labeled tag.
