LAG-3 Protein, Cynomolgus (432a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived LAG-3 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His tag.

LAG-3（淋巴细胞激活基因 3）蛋白是一种在抗原激活 T 细胞上表达的抑制性受体，在与 FGL1 等配体结合后传递抑制信号。FGL1 作为 LAG3 的主要配体，负责 LAG3 的 T 细胞抑制功能。T 细胞受体 (TCR) 参与后，LAG3 与免疫突触中的 CD3-TCR 结合，直接抑制 T 细胞激活。LAG3 可能与 PDCD1/PD-1 协同抑制抗原特异性 T 细胞激活，可能充当 PD-1 的辅助受体。它对 CD8(+) 和 CD4(+) T 细胞的增殖、激活、效应功能和稳态进行负调节。LAG3 在调节性 T 细胞 (Treg) 子集上组成型表达，有助于调节 T 细胞的抑制功能，介导免疫耐受。此外，LAG3 作为浆细胞样树突状细胞 (pDC) 激活的负调节因子，并与 II 类 MHC (MHC-II) 结合，可能作为抗原呈递细胞上 MHC-II 的配体，从而促进 APC 激活/成熟和驱动 Th1 免疫反应。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
