描述

The XCL1 protein selectively attracts lymphocytes and its chemotactic effects are distinct from those of monocytes or neutrophils. XCL1 is critical in the thymus, where it mediates the accumulation of dendritic cells in the medulla and contributes significantly to the development of regulatory T cells and the establishment of self-tolerance. Lymphotactin/XCL1 Protein, Mouse is the recombinant mouse-derived Lymphotactin/XCL1 protein, expressed by E. coli, with tag free.
