MLKL 蛋白, Human (His)

MLKL protein is a pseudokinase that plays a key role in TNF-induced necroptosis. Despite lacking intrinsic kinase activity, it is activated through RIPK3 phosphorylation, leading to homotrimerization, plasma membrane localization, and execution of necroptosis. MLKL Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived MLKL protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
