MTH1 蛋白, Human (His)

The MTH1 protein functions as an oxidative purine nucleoside triphosphohydrolase and is essential for the protection of cellular nucleotide pools. It catalyzes the hydrolysis of oxidized purine nucleoside triphosphates (such as 2-oxo-dATP and 8-oxo-dGTP), preventing their incorporation into DNA and avoiding base pair transversions. MTH1 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived MTH1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag. The total length of MTH1 Protein, Human (His) is 156 a.a., with molecular weight of ~20.2 kDa.
