The NKG2D/CD314 protein serves as a key activating and costimulatory receptor in immune surveillance. It binds to stress-inducing ligands on tumor and virus-infected cells and triggers the innate immune response of NK cells. NKG2D/CD314 Protein, Rhesus Macaque (sf9, His) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived NKG2D/CD314 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
