Notch 3 protein is a receptor for the ligands JAG1, JAG2 and DLL1 and plays a crucial regulatory role in cell fate determination. Upon ligand activation, NICD forms a transcriptional activator complex with RBPJ/RBPSUH and activates genes within the enhancer of the cleavage site. Notch 3 Protein, Human (HEK293, C-His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived Notch 3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of Notch 3 Protein, Human (HEK293, C-His-Avi) is 263 a.a., with molecular weight of 27-30 kDa & 10-12 kDa, respectively.
