描述

Notch 4 protein is a receptor for the ligands JAG1, JAG2 and DLL1 and is responsible for coordinating cell fate decisions. Upon ligand activation, NICD forms a transcriptional activator complex with RBPJ/RBPSUH and activates genes in the cleavage site enhancer. Notch 4 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Notch 4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of Notch 4 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 400 a.a., with molecular weight of 50-60 kDa.
