Orm2 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) produced in HEK293 cells, is a recombinant human Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 with His tag. Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 belongs to the immunocalin family, which is a lipocalin subfamily with immunomodulatory functions^[1].

Alpha-1-酸性糖蛋白2（Orosomucoid，ORM）是一种急性期蛋白，属于免疫运载蛋白亚家族，是一组具有免疫调节功能的小分子结合蛋白。Alpha-1-酸性糖蛋白 2 通过调节脑部炎症期间小胶质细胞的激活和迁移发挥抗炎作用^[1]。

It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/mL in ddH₂O. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 5% HSA, 10% FBS or 5% Trehalose).

Stored at -20°C for 2 years. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
