PD-1 (programmed cell death 1) protein negatively regulates immune responses and affects processes such as apoptosis and tolerance induction. It is a transmembrane protein found on the outside of the plasma membrane and expressed in the retina. PD-1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His-Fc) is the recombinant mouse-derived PD-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc, C-8*His labeled tag. The total length of PD-1 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His-Fc) is 143 a.a., with molecular weight of 60-65 kDa.
