SCG3/Secretogranin-3 protein is a member of the granulin family and plays a critical regulatory role in the biogenesis of secretory granules. As a sorting receptor for intragranule proteins such as chromogranin A/CHGA, SCG3 contributes to granule formation dynamics. SCG3/Secretogranin-3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived SCG3/Secretogranin-3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag. The total length of SCG3/Secretogranin-3 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is 449 a.a., with molecular weight of 60-70 kDa.
