The SIRP α/CD172a protein is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47 and is essential for the translocation of binding partners to the plasma membrane. It plays a key role in a variety of cellular processes, supporting the adhesion of cerebellar neurons, promoting neurite outgrowth, and promoting glial cell attachment. SIRP alpha/CD172a Protein, Cynomolgus (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived SIRP alpha/CD172a protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD47 hFc at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Cynomolgus SIRP alpha, His-Avi with a linear range of 13.3-15.39 ng/mL.
