STEAP1 蛋白, Human (HEK293, His, Twin-Strep)

STEAP1 protein lacks the necessary binding sites for the electron-donating substrate NADPH, therefore it does not function as a metalloreductase. However, when fused to the NADPH-binding domain of STEAP4, it can facilitate the reduction of Fe(3+). STEAP1 Protein, Human (HEK293, His, Twin-Strep) is the recombinant human-derived STEAP1 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His and N-Twin-Strep labeled tag.
