TAGLN2 蛋白, Human (HEK293, C-His)

The human isoform of TAGLN2 protein is expressed in C-His-tagged HEK 293 cells and bears similarity to transgelin, an early marker of differentiated smooth muscle. Although its specific function is unknown, TAGLN2 is thought to be a tumor suppressor. Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
